In the Salami Subscription, we here at Charlito's Cocina curate a selection of some of the most delicious salamis being made, right here in America, from a variety of producers, including ourselves.
You will receive a delivery, directly to your door, every week, for four weeks. Each delivery will comprise of 2 different salamis. Here's an example of a subscription:
Week 1: Mild Chorizo and Salami with Craft Beer
Week 2: Salami with Hazelnuts and Black Truffle Salami
Week 3: Spicy Salami and Sopressata
Week 4: Fuet and Bourbon Salami
As a subscriber, there will also be weeks in which you receive limited edition salamis from our drying room, that are not available in stores.

Earthy and rustic, sophisticated, yet totally accessible, the “Campo Seco” is made simply from pasture raised, heritage breed pork, and cured with a mineral rich, gentle, yet complex fleur de sel. Intended to demonstrate the power of simple, excellent ingredients, Campo Seco is versatile and long lasting, pairing deliciously with a wide variety of cheeses, fruits, and condiments. Our version of an old time classic is made with heritage breed, pasture raised pork. It Is seasoned with a beautiful sea salt, mild paprika, and garlic. Subtle and earthy, this Chorizo is just powerful enough, without overpowering. Have it with greens, a nice baguette, or, simply, but no less eloquently, on its own. Dry-cured for up to three months. Store in a cool place. While salami is safe to eat for at least 6 months, it is a living, breathing product we recommend you enjoy it within the first 2 months after purchase. * Includes 1 Salami
