These packs will last at least 7 months before opening. They are shelf stable, so you can keep them in or out of the refrigerator before opening. Once open, it's best to keep them in the fridge!
All of our salamis are made from sustainably raised, heritage breed pork and hand harvested, solar evaporated sea salt. Our ingredient lists are short and transparent.
