Our Chorizo uses as few ingredients as possible, for the process to still work.  Made simply with:

- Heritage breed, Animal Welfare Certified Pork
- Solar Evaporated Sea  Salt 
- Pimentón de la Vera from Burlap and Barrel 
- A kiss of garlic
