What we love about this is not how much we do to it, but how little. You’ll be hard pressed to find a simpler, more authentic Spanish style Chorizo produced here in the US.
Our Chorizo uses as few ingredients as possible, for the process to still work.

- Lightly smoked Pimentón de la Vera (from Burlap and Barrel) and a kiss of garlic.
